About C'Ville Lax Club

Our History

Spring 2023 marks the start of a new lacrosse option for boys K-8th Grade in the Charlottesville area to develop their skills and compete on a weekly basis with other players from the Central Virginia area. We will be hosting a recreational developmental program for players K-5th Grade and a Middle School League for boys 6th-8th Grade. We will have 2 practices per week with contests on Saturday mornings.

The largest change this coming year is that we will be hosting 10 vs 10 lacrosse for Middle School Teams and we will be running smaller format games similar to "Sixes" (new Olympic model) for Mini Cavs and Sabres.

Our Facilities

Field times and locations are being firmed up right now, but will most likely be held between Covenant School, St. Anne's Belfield, Western Albemarle and Henley Middle School.

Practice sessions will start March 11th on Monday and Thursday evening 6-7:30pm, and game contests on Saturday mornings between 9am-12pm.

Mini Hoos, Cavs will practice 6:00-7:30pm at "The Pit" behind the lower school at STAB on Thursday Evenings with mini games at Covenant School (Hickory Campus) on Saturday Mornings.

Sabres will practice 6:00-7:30pm at "The Pit" behind the lower school at STAB on Monday & Thursday Evenings with mini games at Covenant School (Hickory Campus) on Saturday Mornings.
